7NA VIP Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 7NA VIP ("7NAVIP," "we," “our” or "us") services, including our various server channels, notifications, and other covered services that links to these Terms for our online community. Use of the Services (including access to the Content) is subject to compliance with these Terms,

therefore, by accessing or using any of the Services through any Access Point (including by visiting the desktop Site or by downloading or launching the mobile application), you (“member”) accept and agree to these Terms. By using our online services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

· REFUND POLICY – General. Refund requests accepted but not guaranteed. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members. The amount and form of refund or credit, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. Under no circumstance are we obligated to provide a refund or credit.

There are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. Failure to utilize our online services or cancel reoccurring payments does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay or disputing any of the associated charges to your account/payment method. When monthly services for our community are purchased, reoccurring payments are set up AUTOMATICALLY utilizing your initial form of payment. Please note that once you receive access to our online community for the month, you will no longer have the right to cancel your membership for the month.

Please note if you would like to end your membership within 7NAVIP, please be sure to manually cancel your reoccurring payments via Launch Pass. Please note that once you receive access to our online community for the month, you will no longer have the right to cancel your membership for the month. If you are having trouble canceling your membership or would like to request a refund for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected].

ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION AND FEES - We charge a fee in the amount of $20.00 a month or $100 a year to have exclusive access to the discord. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription unless and until you cancel your membership via Launch Pass, or your membership is otherwise suspended or terminated pursuant to these Terms. 7NA VIP, reserves the right to change the terms of your subscription, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next Billing Period following the date of the change. We will give you advance notice of these changes via a discord announcement.

NON-ACTIVATED ACCOUNTS - If you signed up for the discord but have decided you no longer want to be a member of our community and have NOT activated your account, you can email us to review your request for a payment refund.

Please note that any member who attempts to dispute the associated charges with accessing the discord will have their membership immediately revoked indefinitely with NO REFUND. As a reminder, acceptance of these terms and conditions is also an acknowledgement and acceptance of all associated fees and the refund policy as stated above. By agreeing to these terms and filing a payment dispute, you are conducting illegal chargeback fraud which can come result in legal repercussions.

ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICES - Please be mindful of the following rules for being able to utilize our online services. Failure to abide by our server rules may result in a ban from our community without a refund.

1. Be Respectful – You must respect all users and moderators within our community, regardless of your liking towards them. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
2. NO Inappropriate Language – Please refrain from utilizing any form of derogatory language based upon politics, religion, sexuality, race, and more. Hate speech and racism will NOT be tolerated.
3. No Pornographic Material – This is a community server and content of that nature is prohibited.
4. No Advertisements – We do not tolerate any advertisements including other discord communities, streams, and social media accounts. Posting your content in the chat channel is only allowed if it is relevant/provide actual value to the chat.
5. No Offensive Names and Profile Pictures – You will be asked to change your name or picture if the moderator deems it to be inappropriate. (Refer to rule 2)
6. Please do not screenshot/post photos on other discord communities. Any members found to be sharing exclusive discord content on other platforms or other discords will be automatically BANNED.

Please understand these terms and conditions are in place to protect the members within our community and our brand. Please note again, that failure to abide by server rules can result in a ban from our community. We are here to build a community of people to uplift each other and have some fun!
