Carbs are used to fuel training and performance. Fats are prioritised after training to support recovery, hormones and satiety. Protein is constant — the structural base for muscle, metabolism and overall health.

You eat all three macronutrients, just at the right times. The result is better energy, improved body composition, more stable insulin levels, and sustainable fat loss without extremes.

Inside the Discord you’ll get daily accountability, training and nutrition guidance, and direct access to ask questions. I’m active in there posting my own meals and building consistency alongside you.

Environment is the single most important factor in achieving your goals, and creating a good one on your phone with like minded people will help.
