· REFUND POLICY – General. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Failure to utilize our online services or cancel reoccurring payments does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any of the associated charges to your account/payment method. When monthly services for our community are purchased, reoccurring payments are set up AUTOMATICALLY utilizing your initial form of payment. Please note if you would like to end your membership within roddylocksVIP, please be sure to manually cancel your reoccurring payments via Launch Pass. Please note that once you receive access to our online community for the month, you will no longer have the right to cancel your membership for the month.
