By becoming a member of our Discord server, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any mistakes or losses done by its members. All trade ideas is to be used to practice in a paper trading account, and any information discussed is solely for entertainment and educational purposes.

Becoming a member of our private community states that you understand your admittance here is a privilege, not a right. We have the right to remove you from our Discord server at any time, for any reason. There are no REFUNDS for our Premium service.

Resilience Team – Fulfillment Policy

Resilience Team offers one product only: a paid, members-only Discord community that publishes ideas and educational discussion about the economy, stocks, and crypto. Because our service is entirely digital, “fulfillment” means giving you timely, continuous access to the Discord server once Stripe confirms your payment. This policy explains how and when that access is delivered, how renewals and cancellations work, and what happens if your membership is terminated. It is designed to meet Stripe’s website-compliance checklist for digital subscriptions.

Payment succeeds

Stripe completes the charge and sends us a checkout.session.completed event.

Invite link issued

Our system automatically emails the Discord invite link and unlocks your member role. Within 5 minutes (rarely up to 1 hour if Discord’s API is slow)

First login

Click the link, accept the Discord invite, and you’re in.

Didn’t get the invite? Check your spam folder for “Resilience Team – Discord Access”. Still missing? Email [email protected] with the subject “Access Help – Order #(your Stripe receipt number)” and we’ll resend the link within 24 hours.

Subscription Billing Cycle

  • Price: USD $ 120/month
  • Billing date: The calendar day you first subscribe; renews automatically every month using the same payment method.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel any time by clicking “Manage subscription” in your Stripe receipt or account portal.
  • Cancellation stops future charges. Your Discord access remains active until the end of the current paid period; after that you will be removed automatically.

No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the value of our service is delivered immediately through privileged access to proprietary content, we do not offer partial or full refunds for any billing period, including the first month, early cancellations, or account removals for rule violations.

Account Termination

Membership in Resilience Team is a privilege. We reserve the right to remove any member, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for behavior that violates our community guidelines or Discord’s Terms of Service. Termination for cause does not trigger a refund, but no further renewals will occur.

We may update this Fulfillment Policy to reflect changes in our service or Stripe requirements. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
