The group will also consist of chat rooms that discuss different trades ideas as well as alerts will be segmented into different categories for buying power required

For example: There are different alert channels for trades that require $20k or less of buying power, $15k, $10k, $5k and so on.

Selling options IS NOT the same as buying options.

In order to sell a call or put you need either

A. 100 shares or more of a stock.

B. Have enough buying power to purchase 100 shares of a stock that you want to sell puts on.
