LWS Strategy Leaders is engineered to give women and non-binary strategists a place to be their whole selves, ask for support, and authentically connect. That isn’t possible if you’re self-editing because you’re sharing space with a co-worker, so, only one per agency or company, which is why we have an application process.
Who can join?
Any LWS Member who leads a department or practice, in-house marketers should have a VP title (or higher) but the main requirement is to be leading a team or building one.
We welcome brand-side Members with a strict no-sales policy.

This annual concierge level membership brings together VP and upwards executives from both brand side and agency side to learn the skills they need to level up to the C-suite. We bring in experts for small training sessions around media, conflict resolution, P&L, executive presence, leadership, and much more. There is a library of trainings specifically crafted for this group, bi-monthly in-person dinners, and a private slack channel.
This is a tier for strategic leaders to help them grow in a myriad of ways:
- Increase their technical, leadership, and executive skill sets
- Learn about the AI, research, and CRM/new biz tools they need to level up (both personally and professionally) and get to speak with the founders directly
