🛠️ What We're About Co-operative Builders Ireland (CBI) is all about bringing together tradespeople, construction professionals, and investors as equal partners. We pool resources and skills to build projects together and share the rewards fairly. It’s a community-driven, decentralized approach where everyone has a stake and a voice. By removing hierarchy and promoting equal involvement, we create a space where everyone contributes financially and (optionally) physically — fostering trust and commitment from the ground up.

🚀 CBIRE0001 Project

We’re currently building the team for our first project — a new build near Dublin. Here’s how it works:

• 149 shares at €4,027 each.
• Each share represents your equity stake and share of the rental income and long-term value.
• When all shares are pledged, funds go to a registered solicitor or accountant to form the project’s SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) — a legal company where each investor holds real shares.
• Members can choose to be passive investors, contribute labour, or do a mix of both — it’s fully flexible.

No money moves until the group is fully pledged and the legal structure is in place.

This first project is more than just a build — it’s a proof of concept for the future of cooperative property development. It shows that ordinary people can pool resources, build together, and share the rewards fairly.
