Back in the early 2000s a now legendary forum known as VFXTalk.com carved a niche with VFX and Compositing enthusiasts. It was a hub for both budding artists and seasoned professionals—a vibrant beacon where creativity met collaboration. Members could share their work, seek advice, post reels, and learn how to give and receive critiques. It fostered a unique community spirit, rich with knowledge exchange and inspiration.

But sadly as sometime things go, VFXTalk.com went offline around 2015, and with its closure, we lost something.

Well I think it's time that we bring that forum back to life, but this time as a Discord server!

Whether you're just starting out or you've been in the industry for years, this community is here for you. Dive into discussions, share your latest work, ask questions, talk about rates, and provide feedback.

As we grow we'll even have events like AMA's with industry professionals, monthly VFX Challenges to learn from and build up your portfolio, and grow out the job board so you don't have to scour the internet looking for gigs.
