Why do I have to pay?

Running, maintaining, and enhancing this system carries not insignificant monthly costs in terms of compute power, infrastructure, throughput, uptime, monitoring, and other reliability markers. This will allow me to continue to expand as needed both within currently covered markets, eventually into other new markets, and hopefully eventually get to the point where I'm talking about my team and not just myself.

Why should I pay?

Sure you can keep using Twitter, that will remain free. But winning while shopping from Twitter, especially when racing bots, is becoming increasingly difficult. Discord allows you to switch directly into apps like Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Walmart, Newegg, while Twitter forces you into their embedded browser. The time lost while switching manually is often too much.

Also, if I can't afford to maintain it, Twitter goes away too 😉

What is tracked?
